Content Publishing and Usage Guidelines

1. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your website made on CLOSER. However, by using our Service, you grant us permission to host your content globally and perform all necessary actions to maintain it on our platform, such as copying, reformatting, and distributing it. You provide CLOSER, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, and successors, a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display your content across various media worldwide.This licence is revoked when you delete your content or terminate your account.

Unless explicitly agreed to by a CLOSER-authorized representative, any material, information, or ideas transmitted to us may be used by us or our affiliates without compensation or liability for any purpose, such as product development or marketing. This clause does not apply to your content or personal data protected by our Privacy Policy.


2. Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your website through CLOSER, whether created by yourself or generated by the AI. You are accountable for all content that you upload, share, or otherwise make available through the Service. This includes all data, text, software, audio, photos, videos, services, and any other types of content. You must ensure that any content complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, copyright laws, or legal standards. You are required to review, modify, and approve all AI-generated outputs before publishing them on your site. CLOSER will not be held liable for any legal or regulatory issues arising from the AI-generated content you choose to publish.

CLOSER may, but is not obligated to, monitor content for compliance with these guidelines. We reserve the right to remove, relocate, or refuse any content that violates these Terms, is illegal, or is otherwise deemed objectionable by CLOSER, and to restrict access to your account if your content or conduct violates any terms.

We may preserve or disclose your content if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to: (a) comply with legal obligations, (b) enforce these Terms, (c) respond to claims of third-party rights violations, or (d) protect our rights and those of our users.

CLOSER does not claim ownership of user-generated content but retains ownership over platform-related data (“Platform Data”), which may be derived from user interactions with our eCommerce services.

Under no circumstances will CLOSER be responsible for your content or third-party content, including any damages or errors arising from the use of such content. You are responsible for evaluating any risks related to the use of content and for creating backups of your data.

The technical transmission of content through the Service may involve transmissions across various networks and alterations to meet the technical requirements of networks or devices.


3. Accuracy and Liability

While the AI features of our service aim to assist in content creation, CLOSER does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies or other errors, and it is your responsibility to verify the correctness of the material. CLOSER disclaims any liability for damages, legal claims, or other consequences arising from the publication of inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content. By using this service, you agree to assume all associated risks.

You are not allowed to upload, post, publish or otherwise make available on CLOSER any content that:

CLOSER has the right to review, flag, and remove content that violates these guidelines or that it deems inappropriate for the platform. If your content is removed, you may be notified of the reason, but CLOSER reserves the right to take action without prior notice in cases of serious violations.


7. Compliance with Local and International Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to those related to online conduct and acceptable content.


8. User Conduct

While using CLOSER, users must act in a professional manner, respecting the rights and content of others. Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour towards other users or CLOSER staff is strictly prohibited.
